The Grove Post Acute (TGPA) is a 75 bed tailored care Skilled Nursing Facility dedicated to the daily healthcare needs of all patients/residents who cannot manage or be managed in the privacy of their own home.  Whether its for short term rehabilitation, IV therapies, stroke, cardiac, ortho recovery, pain, diabetic management or simply any other post acute recovery needed; The Grove strives for excellence with progressive outcomes.  Our philosophy is to work hard and efficient, with Integrity while maintaining empathetic to our patient/resident's needs and their families.
